Q: I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Irish Shipping

  • Small items: Shipped via An Post (not tracked).
  • Larger items: Shipped via DHL (tracked).

UK Shipping

  • Small items: Shipped via RWB via Royal Mail (not tracked).
  • Larger items: Shipped via RWB via DHL (tracked).
  • Express deliveries: Shipped via RWB via DHL Express (tracked).

Europe Shipping

  • Small items: Shipped via An Post (not tracked).
  • Larger items: Shipped via DHL (tracked).
  • Express deliveries: Shipped via DHL Express (tracked).

Average Delivery Times:

  • Small items: 5–10 business days.
  • Larger items: 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–5 business days.

Please Note: External factors like holidays, weather, or natural disasters may delay deliveries. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Shipping delays are the responsibility of the courier.


Q: WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes! Tracking details will be shared once your product is shipped. Please note that some products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure quality and affordability.


Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, email support@tekeir.com with the subject line "CANCEL." If your item has already shipped, please contact us for assistance.


Q: I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If your address was entered incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information or email us at support@tekeir.com. Address changes can only be made within 24 hours.


Q: MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED.
We ensure every item is shipped with extra padding, but about 1 in 1,000 products may still get damaged during transit. If this happens:

  1. Provide your order number.
  2. Send a photo of the damaged product.

Once received, we’ll replace the item free of charge.


Q: HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Please email us at support@tekeir.com with details of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it.

  • Refunds: If eligible, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
  • Exchanges: Contact us to arrange an exchange.

To speed up delivery, items may be shipped separately from different locations. If you haven’t received all your items yet, rest assured—they’re on their way.
