Change of Mind

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us of your decision by contacting us via email, in person, or through our Contact Us page. To meet the cancellation deadline, please ensure that you send your cancellation request before the specified period expires.

 

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty item or if your product develops a fault within the warranty period, you may be eligible for a replacement. To initiate a return, please contact our support team, who will assist you with the process.

  • Inspection: Please inspect goods upon receipt to confirm that all items are present and undamaged. Notify us within three days if any items are missing.
  • Documentation: A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns to facilitate processing.
  • Replacement Timing: TekEir dispatches replacement orders within 3 working days.

 

Warranty Periods

  • EU Warranty: In compliance with EU law, TekEir provide a 2-year warranty on goods.

  • We do not support a “Shop and Try” policy; customers should refer to our technical resources or contact support with any questions before purchasing.

 

Items returned that do not meet these criteria will be classified as "In Dispute." Disputed items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. A detailed explanation will be provided, and customers may choose to have these items re-shipped at their own expense, or the items will be disposed of after 30 days.
